With more than 50 sets of manufacturing equipment and accessorial manufacturing equipment, such as 3 die-3 blow screw head making machine, ordinary screw head making machine, thread rolling machine, CNC computer lathe and automatic lathe, as well as a group of professional and excellent technicians, we can manufacture various screws (m4x. 5mm--m14x400mm) and lathe parts (d2.0mm--d80mm), which are in compliance with ISO, din, jis and ansi standards. We use different tapes of stainless steel (sus302, sus303, sus304, sus316, sus410, sus416, sus420), copper (brass, phosphor copper, bronze, red copper), iron (1006, 1010, 1018, 1022, 10b21, free cutting iron) from China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan area, and aluminum and metal alloy aluminum. Upon clients′ requests, we can use environment-friendly material and conduct environmental process so as to reach r3hs indicative standard of European Union.
